The oxygen is plenty, don't touch that dial.

Just in time for summer, a mildly surreal power-pop classic from the mid '90s.  A lot of you may have this already, but I've tacked on a vinyl-only b-side that's sure to reel you in.  Cheers.

Great album. I was just talking the weekend before to a friend about the leader of this band. Imagine this is you: you have many musical idols, but one is greater than all others in his influence on you and your appreciation of his creativity. You manage to make it somewhat in the music biz and eventually end up being a leading light in his band. Finally because of your involvement he is able to complete and release a never finished "masterpiece," both in contemporary performances and with the tapes recorded so long ago. What satisfaction I hope this artist feels for having been able to do that.

Yes, but I wonder if that leader will ever release any new music under the bands name...

Maybe a new one will be mint'ed when the musical idol leaves the road for good.

Thanks for your insight Bruce. I'm sure the privilege is not lost on the band I featured this week, but indeed Shriner I too would appreciate more music from this band under their own name.
